Aythya nyroca Larnaca Sewage Works:
unprecedented numbers were recorded at this site during October and into
November with 14 2-Nov, 18 4-Nov, 18 25-Nov and 34 29-Nov. The
drying-out of Phasouri Reed-beds may have meant that birds from that
site moved east to Larnaca although, as far as habitat goes, Zakaki
Marsh would seem to be a more attractive proposition. Zakaki Marsh:
