The BirdLife International Europe office published its priorities for the Belgian Presidency of the EU, which started 1st July and will end 31 December 2010. The priorities are the new biodiversity policy of the EU and the EU presence at the Biodiversity summit in Nagoya, Japan in October, the new Common Agricultural Policy and the new EU budget, and the action plan on Fisheries bycatch for seabirds.
